This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices for a city centre location in the heart of the historic area. The staff are attentive and provide great service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a choice of double beds with a view or twin beds. Plus, the breakfast included in the stay is a great bonus.
The hotel could improve in a few areas, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

I liked the fact that pets are allowed in the hostel. If you need a basic hostel in the center of Sundsvall with less luxery than Sundsvall City Hostel is a good alternative.

Convenient location and friendly staff made my business trip comfortable. the hotel is located close to major historic attractions and shops. the room was equipped with all the basic amenities that I needed. And, the hotel staff was always helpful and courteous.
The noise level in the room was high and made it difficult to sleep at night. the breakfast options were limited and the seating area was small and uncomfortable.
